THU-FRI- W/E - Signature Session

Service Description

This is the session I have been building since 2015. A deeply soulful, nurturing, restorative 90 minutes of hands on bodywork, held inside a spacious 1 hour 50 minute window. Time before to arrive. Time after to land. None of it rushed. None of it on the clock in a way that you can feel. This is not a treatment in the usual sense. It is a homecoming. A long slow exhale. A chance to be received without having to give anything back. 🌿 What it actually is Every session is entirely bespoke. No two are the same. I will never cram every technique I know into 90 minutes just to show you I can. Instead, I read your body on the day, I listen to what you bring through the door, and I offer only what is truly needed. That might include slow, intuitive touch and myofascial work. It might include trigger point release, stretches, or gentle joint mobilisations. It might be hair stroking, soft brushing, a held hug, gentle rocking, breath work, or quiet nervous system regulation. Often it is some weaving of these. Sometimes it is mostly stillness. The body tells me what it needs and I follow. 🌿 Who it is for This session is for the woman who is tired of being touched in a hurry. For the empath who has forgotten how to receive. For the body that is asking, quietly, to be held without being fixed. For anyone who has been carrying too much for too long, and is ready to set some of it down. 🌿 What you can expect to feel Slower. Softer. More yourself. Like something heavy has lifted, even if you cannot name what it was. Like you have been seen without having to perform.
