TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. What Does a Session Include?
Each appointment includes time for consultation, discussion of treatment goals, assessment where appropriate, time to undress and dress, hands-on treatment, post-treatment feedback and aftercare advice if required.
A session may also include written feedback and recommendations where appropriate.
The appointment duration includes all aspects of the session, not solely the hands-on treatment time.
2. Booking and Payment
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure an appointment.
Included within this payment is a non-refundable booking fee equal to 50% of the appointment cost.
3. Cancellation and Rescheduling
For cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time, 50% of the total booking fee will be refunded.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time are non-refundable and no refund will be issued.
Appointments may be rescheduled once without charge when notice is provided more than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
Requests to reschedule within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time will be treated as a cancellation and are therefore non-refundable.
Cancellation or rescheduling requests may be made by email, text message or telephone.
Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without notice will be treated as a cancellation and is non-refundable.
4. Lateness
Every effort should be made to arrive on time for the scheduled appointment.
Where a client arrives late, the session may be shortened to avoid impacting subsequent appointments. The full appointment fee will remain payable and missed treatment time cannot be added to the appointment or transferred to a future session.
5. Health and Personal Information
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date health information and for informing Sabrina Hall of any changes to their health, medical history, symptoms, medications or ongoing treatments that may affect their care.
Clients are also responsible for ensuring that personal details, including address, telephone number, emergency contact information and GP details, remain current.
6. Clients Under 18 Years of Age
Clients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Written consent must be provided by the parent or guardian prior to treatment, and they may be required to remain present for the duration of the appointment.
7. Safety and Conduct
Sabrina Hall reserves the right to refuse or terminate treatment where a client displays abusive, aggressive, threatening, inappropriate or sexual behaviour.
Any such behaviour will result in the immediate termination of the session and may result in a permanent refusal of future appointments. Where appropriate, incidents may be reported to the relevant authorities.
8. Disclaimer
Massage therapy and bodywork are complementary therapies and are not a substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment, counselling or healthcare advice.
No medical diagnosis will be made, nor will medication or medical treatment be prescribed. Where appropriate, referral to a GP or another suitably qualified healthcare professional may be recommended.
Clients have a responsibility to provide accurate and truthful information regarding their health and medical history and to disclose any condition, symptom, medication or treatment that may affect the safety or effectiveness of treatment.
By making a booking, acceptance of these terms is acknowledged.
