ONLINE SELF-MASSAGE CLASS - £3.50

I am so so excited to be running our 3rd online self-massage class on Friday 15th November at 8.30 pm. It's going to be so much fun! 

This session could be compared to a meditation or a yoga class. It's all about self-love, self-care, relaxation and mindfulness. 

Don't worry, you won't be taught complicated things and it's not a class/course as such, just a session for you, busy people to help you to stop and focus on yourself, just for a short time.

Sure, you can go on YouTube and get anything you want but here, you'll have a live class at the same time as other like-minded people, and you can ask any questions you want. 

You'll be seating down in the comfort of your home, in your PJs or whatever, we'll only focus from the shoulders up and we'll include some breathing techniques, stretches and...massage techniques. Bring a bit of oil or cream with you if you can but it's not necessary. It cost £3.50 to join.
