A spacious 90 min appointment · 60 minutes hands on This session is designed to give your body and nervous system the time and space they actually need. 90 minutes of that is hands on work. The rest is yours, to arrive, to settle, to process, to leave without rushing. Every session is entirely bespoke. Since 2015 I have been accumulating a range of massage modalities, and I blend them intuitively depending on what your body needs on the day. That might include Swedish massage, deep tissue, myofascial techniques, trigger point work, nervous system regulation, slow foot work, head massage, hair stroking, or simply being held in stillness. I adapt the pressure. I follow what I find. I never force. My work is always nervous system led and trauma informed. Which means the session moves at the pace your body sets, not mine. Safety comes first. Release follows naturally when the body feels ready. You will leave feeling like yourself again. Slower, softer, more at home in your own skin.
