🌿 Mukti – Your 1:1 Sacred Session
A deeply held 3-hour experience to soften, unravel, and return home to yourself.
Service Description
Mukti is a ceremony. A sacred, spacious 1:1 experience lovingly crafted to support you through the layers of grief, stuckness, transition, emotional overwhelm, or simply the longing to feel more like you again. Held in soft light and complete presence, Mukti blends somatic therapy, massage, sound, breathwork, NLP, intuitive coaching, and deep rest. No two sessions are ever the same, because you are not the same every day. This is a space where you don’t need to hold it all together. Where nothing is too much. Where your body is listened to. And where the parts of you that are tired of coping finally get to exhale. You’re invited to wear loose clothing, bring what’s on your heart, and allow yourself to simply be held. Sessions usually end with a grounding massage (clothed or unclothed depending on your preference), so your body can fully integrate and your system can soften into safety. If possible, please allow for quiet time after your session....to rest, journal, daydream, or just be.
Cancellation Policy
Please only arrive at the time of your appointment and not before. BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY To secure an appointment, full payment is required at the time of booking. A non-refundable booking fee equal to 50% of the appointment cost is included within this payment. For cancellations made more than 48 hours before the appointment time, only 50% of the total service fee will be refunded. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment time are non-refundable. RESCHEDULING POLICY Appointments may be rescheduled only one time, with more than 48 hours' notice at no additional charge. Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the appointment time will be treated as a cancellation and are therefore non-refundable.
