Cancellation Policy
Please only arrive at the time of your appointment and not before. BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY To secure an appointment, full payment is required at the time of booking. A non-refundable booking fee equal to 50% of the appointment cost is included within this payment. For cancellations made more than 48 hours before the appointment time, the remaining balance will be refunded. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment time are non-refundable. RESCHEDULING POLICY Appointments may be rescheduled only one time, with more than 48 hours' notice at no additional charge. Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the appointment time will be treated as a cancellation and are therefore non-refundable.
