Intuitive Touch Session

Service Description

This is the session I have been building since 2015. A beautiful, soulful and nurturing 90 minutes of hands session, held inside a spacious 2 hour appointment. This is for you if you craving natural, human touch. And this is also for you if you want nervous system regulation, emotional release and connecting deeply with yourself, your breath, your home. There'll be time for you to arrive and time after to land. None of it rushed. This is not a treatment in the usual sense. It is a homecoming. A long slow exhale. A chance to be received without having to give anything back. 🌿 What it actually is Every session is entirely bespoke. No two are the same. We'll have a heart to heart before we begin so I understand where you at, what you're bringing and how you want to feel. My work is intuitive. The touches are very simple. Here are some example of touches: massage, hugging, stretches, rocking, hair stroking, hair brushing, holding, a paused touch. Everything is slow and gentle. You might be on the massage table, on a futon on the ground or sat on the ground with me behind you holding you, like on the picture. There is breath, communication and sound. Sometimes it is stillness. The body tells me what it needs and I follow. 🌿 Who it is for: This session is for the woman who is tired of being touched in a hurry. For the empath who has forgotten how to receive. For the body that is asking, quietly, to be held without being fixed. For anyone who has been carrying too much for too long, and is ready to set some of it down. 🌿 What you can expect to feel Slower. Softer. More yourself. Like something heavy has lifted, even if you cannot name what it was. Like you have been seen without having to perform.
