SUNDAY 21ST SEPTEMBER - 10am to 12pm - Venue: TBC This is a soft, soulful morning of connection, through gentle touch, presence and pause. Join me on Sunday 27th July for a 2-hour group massage workshop on yoga mats at the beautiful Angel Hall, Bowden House. We’ll explore basic shiatsu-inspired techniques, alongside calming head, face and neck massage sequences you can offer to your loved ones and receive yourself. This is not about being a pro or getting it perfect, it’s about learning to feel, listen and offer touch from a calm and grounded place. You’ll be guided every step of the way with care. We'll begin with a short meditation to settle our bodies and nervous systems, then work in pairs to practice techniques that soothe stress and build connection. ✨ You'll learn: — Slow, grounding holds and basic shiatsu-inspired moves — Gentle face, scalp, neck and shoulder massage — How to adjust your pressure and stay present while giving — How to create a moment of calm, wherever you are This is for you if: — You love giving or receiving massage but don’t feel confident — You want to share a new experience with someone special — You want to slow down and reconnect with the body — You’re curious about intuitive touch and loving care 🗓 Sunday 21st September ⏰ 10am–12pm 📍 Venue to be confirmed 💷 £35 per person (Come with a loved one) Wear comfy clothes.
