Service Description
SUNDAY 21ST SEPTEMBER - 10am to 12pm - Venue: TBC This is a soft, soulful morning of connection, through gentle touch, presence and pause. Join me on Sunday 27th July for a 2-hour group massage workshop on yoga mats at the beautiful Angel Hall, Bowden House. We’ll explore basic shiatsu-inspired techniques, alongside calming head, face and neck massage sequences you can offer to your loved ones and receive yourself. This is not about being a pro or getting it perfect, it’s about learning to feel, listen and offer touch from a calm and grounded place. You’ll be guided every step of the way with care. We'll begin with a short meditation to settle our bodies and nervous systems, then work in pairs to practice techniques that soothe stress and build connection. ✨ You'll learn: — Slow, grounding holds and basic shiatsu-inspired moves — Gentle face, scalp, neck and shoulder massage — How to adjust your pressure and stay present while giving — How to create a moment of calm, wherever you are This is for you if: — You love giving or receiving massage but don’t feel confident — You want to share a new experience with someone special — You want to slow down and reconnect with the body — You’re curious about intuitive touch and loving care 🗓 Sunday 21st September ⏰ 10am–12pm 📍 Venue to be confirmed 💷 £35 per person (Come with a loved one) Wear comfy clothes. All welcome. Come with a lover, partner, friend or a sibling. This is a space to soften, connect and come home to the body 💙🌿

Please only arrive at the time of your appointment and not before. BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY To secure an appointment, full payment is required at the time of booking. A non-refundable booking fee equal to 50% of the appointment cost is included within this payment. For cancellations made more than 48 hours before the appointment time, only 50% of the total service fee will be refunded. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment time are non-refundable. RESCHEDULING POLICY Appointments may be rescheduled only one time, with more than 48 hours' notice at no additional charge. Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the appointment time will be treated as a cancellation and are therefore non-refundable.
