About the event
I am so so excited to be launching our first online self-massage class. It's going to be so much fun! I'll share with you some simple and easy to remember massage techniques for your shoulders, neck, face and head. £3.50 to join!
This is why this class is so awesome:
- Be part of a community of people who are doing the same thing as you do, live!
- It's great for our mental health
- Join us in the comfort of your home, in PJs or in your underwear! Who cares, no one will see you!
- It's in the evening at 8 pm so hopefully, after the kids are in bed, after you finished dinner or after work
- It's only 45 mins so it should be easy-ish to fit it in
- It only cost £3.50 per class! Bargain!!
- You're gonna feel so lovely, relaxed and ready for bed!
