Being Fierce AF, dancing and doing some crazy arse silly moves in my kitchen, Zumba, Yoga, Lifting weights at the gym, singing my head off, oracle cards, receiving delicious massages, dipping my biscuits in my tea, drinking my decaf the French way when I fancy it (yes, in a bowl!), travelling and my red lipsticks(sssssss).

Gossips, dishonesty, grind and working long hours, cross-trainer, playing small, flaky people.

A Scorpio, sensitive, intuitive AF, solution focussed, an idea generator, a Queen at holding a sacred space, a Healer, a Manifesting Witch and madly in love with my work and the results I am co-creating.

Let's get vulnerable...

I am French and have been in the UK since 2000. I am married to a fucking great guy who works in music and have one incredible beautiful smart boy. We live in stunning Devon surrounded by gorgeous turquoise seas, enchanted forests and magical rivers...Life is pretty good around here...

But it wasn't always this way...

I grew up in a dysfunctional family, with no money, saw my parents disconnecting from each other and slowly felt like I didn't belong in this world. I tried to take my own life, moved out of my family home at 19 and then decided to create a new life in the UK at 20. The pain within me didn't go away, I drank lots, partied too much, smoked, ate crap and again, tried to take my own life.

And then, when that wasn't enough, I found my dad back home in the garage, lifeless, a few hours after he took his own life.

This was one of the catalysts of my healing and self-love journey.

I then worked in the corporate industry for 4 years, left my job and flat and, went travelling the world for 1 year, having the best fucking time of my life. I then came back to the corporate industry for 4 years, to manage a team of managers in the credit control department.

Great pay but my soul was dying. I felt completely lost and like something massive was missing.

I HAD TO DO SOMETHING. SOMETHING MEANINGFUL.

I was searching hard, looking for the missing piece. I travelled to the Amazon forest to work with a plant medicine, Ayahuasca, supported by Shamans. This completely transformed my life and gave me more clarity.

I had a strong calling to work with people.

This led me to massage therapy. I studied while working in my corporate job, found out I was expecting (yeah!!), got qualified and started to work as a massage therapist. A few months down the line and my business was booming. I had clients raving about my work coming to see me.

I slowly started to feel more whole. more me.

I became more and more fascinated about the human body, spirituality, the inner work and discovering who the fuck I was. I slowly realised that I wasn't the labels I gave myself for so long but an energetic being who was limitless and capable of doing so much more.

I fell down the rabbit hole.

Discovered the beautiful world of self-enquiry, coaching, natural healing, the law of attraction, veganism, gorged on podcasts, self-helped books, devoured the most enlightening videos, followed Tony Robbins, Mary Forleo, Denise DT, Oprah and quickly got sucked in the fucking incredible world of coaching. I WAS MAGNETISED.

It was CLEAR. I was called to become a coach and transform the world one person at a time.

I WANTED TO CREATE A MASSIVE FUCKING IMPACT

So I raised money on crowdfunding to pay for my coaching course so I could study and qualify in the best coaching school, the Robbins-Madanes.

I now run a successful coaching business

and empower mothers worldwide

Why mothers? I witnessed my mum completely forgetting about herself and, the needs and desires of the woman she was within. She put all her energy, time and love in her 3 children and completely lost her sense of identity. And being a mother myself, I know how easy it is to go down that road...She lost her confidence, her trust in herself, didn't feel like she should deserve more than bringing us up and, felt guilty for the rare time she was pleasing herself.

So here I am, full of passion, love and determination to help you

make YOUR DREAMS, YOUR REALITY.
